ASPR

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), in response to a need that surfaced in the All Hands Survey, contracted with HumRRO to develop 40 hours of training for supervisors at all levels of the agency. HumRRO conducted a training needs analysis to ensure that the design and content of training were job-related. These results informed the design, training objectives, and content of the training program.
